HTF(B)消防(fang)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)排(pai)(pai)煙(yan)混流(liu)風(feng)機(ji)是在混流(liu)式風(feng)機(ji)的基礎上發展而來,內(nei)置高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)電機(ji),配設專門(men)的電機(ji)冷卻系統。具有耐(nai)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)性能優(you)良、風(feng)量大(da)(da)、、風(feng)壓(ya)高(gao)(gao)、安裝簡便等(deng)優(you)點(dian),廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于(yu)高(gao)(gao)層(ceng)建筑、烘房、地下(xia)車(che)庫、地鐵、隧道(dao)等(deng)場合消防(fang)排(pai)(pai)煙(yan)和送排(pai)(pai)通風(feng)。按GA211-1999消防(fang)見機(ji)耐(nai)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)試(shi)驗方法,能在400℃高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)條件連續(xu)運(yun)行100分(fen)鐘以上,介質(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)100℃條件下(xia)連續(xu)運(yun)行20小時/次不(bu)損(sun)壞(huai),已被全國(guo)大(da)(da)城(cheng)市消防(fang)部門(men)認可采用(yong)。
HTF(B)消防(fang)高(gao)溫排煙混流風機詳細介紹
HTF(B)消防高溫排煙混流風機或叫(jiao)PYHL-14A消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)排(pai)煙(yan)(yan)風機,其采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)CAD軟件(jian)(jian)多目標(biao)優化設計(ji),選配模壓(ya)扭曲(qu)翼形錐型葉輪(lun),高(gao)溫電(dian)機封閉內置,配設專門的電(dian)機冷(leng)卻系統。選用(yong)(yong)(yong)雙速電(dian)機直聯傳動,達(da)到一(yi)機兩用(yong)(yong)(yong)(即(ji)平時送排(pai)通(tong)風和消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)時高(gao)溫排(pai)煙(yan)(yan)),配設電(dian)控箱后可遠程自動控制。具有耐(nai)高(gao)溫性能優良、風量(liang)大、風壓(ya)高(gao)、安裝簡便等優點,廣泛應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于高(gao)層(ceng)建(jian)筑(zhu)、烘房、地下(xia)(xia)車庫、地鐵、隧道等場合消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)排(pai)煙(yan)(yan)和送排(pai)通(tong)風。按GA211-1999消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)風機耐(nai)高(gao)溫試(shi)驗方法,能在(zai)400℃高(gao)溫條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)連續運行100分鐘以上,介(jie)質溫度100℃條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(xia)連續運行20小(xiao)時/次不損(sun)壞(huai),已(yi)被全國各大城市消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)部門認可采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。
一、風機的結構(gou)特(te)性(xing)
風(feng)機(ji)主要(yao)有葉片(pian)(pian),外殼,集(ji)流器,消(xiao)音(yin)器,導流葉片(pian)(pian),電機(ji)部(bu)件組成(cheng)。葉輪采用有子午加速(su)特(te)點的(de)扭曲夾板(ban)片(pian)(pian)焊(han)接(jie)在輪轂上。經高溫測試(shi)(shi),軸承升溫,噪音(yin),動(dong)平衡校驗(yan),超速(su)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),有很(hen)好(hao)的(de)空氣動(dong)力性(xing)能。機(ji)殼采用圓(yuan)筒形,與(yu)消(xiao)音(yin)功能集(ji)風(feng)器聯接(jie)成(cheng)一體(ti)。出口裝導流片(pian)(pian),具有良好(hao)的(de)氣流頒布,壓(ya)力穩定。PYHL-14A型風(feng)機(ji)有獨(du)立的(de)電機(ji)腔,避免(mian)氣體(ti)與(yu)電機(ji)的(de)直接(jie)接(jie)觸,設計二(er)次進風(feng),有利降低(di)電機(ji)的(de)環境(jing)溫度(du)。
二、風機(ji)的(de)用途
HTF(B)消防高溫排煙混流風機和廣泛應用隧道,地下車庫,高級民用建筑,冶金,廠礦等場所的通風換氣及消防高溫排煙, HTF(PYHL-14A)系列風機工作溫度為300攝氏度。氣體內不允許有粘性物質,所含的塵土及硬質顆粒不大于150mg/m3。特殊環境可選用防爆型混流風機,防腐混流風機。
三、風機性能的(de)選擇
風機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)在本(ben)公(gong)司性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)資料(liao)上查閱,表(biao)中(zhong)(zhong)列出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)是(shi)率范圍內的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),按(an)流量分(fen)為五個特點,選用(yong)(yong)(yong)時按(an)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)為準(zhun)(zhun),出(chu)廠的(de)(de)(de)風機(ji)合格品性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)在額定流量下(xia)(xia)全壓值不超過(guo)+_5%。性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)選用(yong)(yong)(yong)表(biao)是(shi)標準(zhun)(zhun)狀(zhuang)態下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),無論技術(shu)文(wen)件(jian)或(huo)定貨要求的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)均按(an)標準(zhun)(zhun)狀(zhuang)態為準(zhun)(zhun),標準(zhun)(zhun)狀(zhuang)態大(da)氣(qi)壓=101325pa,t=20相對溫度 =50%空氣(qi)狀(zhuang)態,當實際(ji)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)條件(jian)下(xia)(xia)與上述(shu)不符(fu)合時按(an)有關公(gong)式進行換算,安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)形式可采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)直式水平(ping)式落地安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)和(he)吊裝(zhuang)(zhuang),落地安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)需要加裝(zhuang)(zhuang)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)系(xi)(xi)統;高強度彈簧減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)墊,橡(xiang)膠減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)墊,吊裝(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)彈簧減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)吊架用(yong)(yong)(yong)絲桿固定,加裝(zhuang)(zhuang)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)系(xi)(xi)統有效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)衰減(jian)(jian)機(ji)器自身的(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)動(dong),減(jian)(jian)少振(zhen)動(dong)力外傳(chuan),防止振(zhen)動(dong)力的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)入,保證風機(ji)正常(chang)運行度提高。如立式安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在訂貨中(zhong)(zhong)注(zhu)明,如大(da)流量,高壓力,安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)尺寸(cun)和(he)本(ben)公(gong)司性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)有出(chu)入等性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)參數有特殊要求,公(gong)司將會為客戶提供設計符(fu)合要求的(de)(de)(de)特殊規格風機(ji)。
